1.Material Preparation
◆Dust removal ash from the converter is transported to the raw material silo and unloaded pneumatically. It is then humidified, mixed, and sent to the digestion bin.
◆Starch dry powder adhesive is stored, chosen for its low Si content and good mixing performance.
◆Oxidized iron sheet is stored for future use.
2.Ingredient Compaction
◆The digested mixture, binder, and iron oxide scale are mixed in a double helix mixer and then sent to the wheel mill for backup.
◆In the wheel mill, materials are thoroughly mixed and compacted.
◆The compacted material is discharged and transported back to the ball roller's intermediate warehouse.
3.Ball Pressing and Sieving
◆The crushed mixture is fed into the ball compactor and pressed into balls. The balls and unformed powder are then transported to a screening station. The powder is recycled for further pressing, while the qualified balls proceed to the drying equipment.
4.Drying and Final Sieving
◆Raw balls are dried in a vertical drying bin and then quantitatively discharged for secondary screening. The screened material is either recycled or loaded for transportation.
