Dry roll granulation system

Main feature
Main no additives, dry powder can be directly granulated.
Adjustment of particle size strength, particle size strength is higher than the general mixed granulation strength.
Large-scale continuous industrial production can be carried out.
It can increase the bulk proportion of materials and is suitable for occasions where the bulk proportion of products needs to be increased.
System closed operation, environmental pollution can be controlled.
Fully automated "one-click operation" operations.
System introduction
Dry roll granulation system is another application of roll extrusion technology, the basic principle is through the process of two counter-rotating smooth or shaped roller compression of fine solid, so that the material into a sheet or strip, which is an intermediate product, and then through a special crushing to obtain the appropriate size. This technology is mainly concentrated in the fertilizer industry, and compared with wet granulation, dry granulation is superior to wet granulation even under unfavorable conditions, especially because wet granulation will consume a lot of heat during the drying process. The main significance of powder granulation is:
1、to meet the needs of the production process, such as increasing the air rate, improve heat transfer, etc.
2、 improve the material performance of the product, such as improving fluidity, improving air permeability, pile density, etc.
3、 Reduce dust pollution and improve working conditions.
4、 for the fertilizer industry, it can also facilitate aircraft seeding and mechanical seeding.
Dry roll granulation can compress the powder material with water content ≤5% into flake, strip or block, and then through the process of crushing the whole grain, screening and so on, so that the flake material into a granular material that meets the requirements of use. In the rolling process, the material density can be improved and the particle size strength can be increased.

Technological process
The purpose of compaction is to convert the powder into particles of various shapes and sizes.
Under normal circumstances, there is no need to add adhesives, and the product is compacted by applying a certain extrusion pressure to the material. According to the different materials can be decided to use low pressure or high pressure, so that the material into a certain thickness of the sheet.
Depending on the desired material and end product, the main stages of the compactive-granulation process can be as follows:
The invention relates to a preparation unit of a powder material (crushing, screening, drying, screening).
Dosing, weighing and mixing units for each component.
A compactor is used to convert the prepared powder into a sheet.
The pelletizing screening unit converts the flakes into particles of the desired size (special crushing and screening).
